The Special Meeting is being held to vote on amending the Declaration authorizing the Board to adopt rules for the rental, leasing, and tenant occupancy of Residences. Any amendment to the Declaration must have an affirmative vote of at least 67% of all Members in the Association.

Proxy/ Ballot can be completed online or emailed to the association manager at sondra@legacysouthwestpm.com, by August 12, 2024.
